ISIS TAKES CHARGE IN FALLUJA AS IRAQ GOVERNMENT PICKS UP


10,000 trapped in falluja (a city in iraq)  as 80,000 who escaped reports some dead as UN involved already.
The residents are finding their escape very difficult until the intervention of the Iraq soldiers.   ISIS seems making things uneasy and thousands are still trapped in the area with fierce fighting on.
