Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Covers: Full tuition + living + travel + laptop + stipend Level: UG / Graduate Eligibility: Sub-Saharan Africa (select countries) Deadline: Varies by university (Nov–Jan) Both programs are fully funded. But here's what most African students don't know: Fulbright isn't one application. It's multiple — one per country. Each US Embassy runs its own competition.
