PRESIDENT BUHARI SAID LOOTERS WANTED TO BE A BLOCKADE FOR NOT RECOVERING GENERAL ABACHA'S LOOT

The President Buhari said looters are hindering the federal government from recovering Abacha’s loot and also a statement made by minister of foreign affairs, Mr Geoffrey Onyeama said the person who deposited the money might take a legal action to frustrate the repatriation of the fund and also the minister could not give the actual amount that was recovered since president Buhari's regime.
