Minimum Academic Achievement:

• Associate/Bachelor's: 70%

• Master's/PhD: 75%

• Health Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): 90%

Age Criteria:

• Bachelor's: Under 21

• Master's: Under 30

• PhD: Under 35

• Research: Under 50

Who Can Apply:

• Citizens of all countries

• Graduates or those graduating before August

• Researchers and academics

Who Cannot Apply:

• Turkish citizens

• Individuals who lost Turkish citizenship

• Students currently enrolled at a Turkish university at the same level

What Disqualifies You:

• Missing documents

• Weak motivation letter

• Applying after deadline
